Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will join Quantum Machines as first counsel under QM's head of legal.

The role will include help and involvement in all the legal aspects of the company,

Responsibilities:

• Corporate activity - including M&As, funding rounds, and support of corporate activity of QM group of companies in many territories worldwide.
• Wide commercial activity (customers, vendors, partners), starting from NDAs, and up to the most complex deals in our industry.
• Labor and HR related topics.
• Day‑to‑day management of external counsels.
• Compliance & Regulation: Export control, GDPR, AI‑related regulations, Other cross‑company compliance initiative.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years post‑internship experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Strong background in International Commercial Law / High Tech departments.
• Preference for candidates from top‑tier law firms.
• Prior in‑house experience - Advantage.
