Account Manager

ESOP, Israel's leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and for equity-based employee benefit plans, we are looking for an Account Manager to handle public and private companies.

*The position does not include sales*

Job Responsibilities:

· Ongoing communication with ESOP clients - public high-tech companies. Maintaining on-going contact with senior executives from these companies, ensuring excellent service

· Working with C level executives

· Managing databases and information repositories, tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, providing support, information and ongoing professional guidance

· Working with multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization

Requirements:

· Academic degree - mandatory, Accounting/Economics/law - advantage

· Excellent English proficiency

· Advanced Excel skills

· Familiarity with capital markets and finance - advantage

· High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational skills

· Multitasking
