Head of MIS

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented Head of MIS to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!

What You'll Do

In this role, you will lead NI’s core applications function with a strong focus on NetSuite, Salesforce, and enterprise-wide automation. We are looking for a hands-on business systems leader who has grown from the world of enterprise applications and knows how to turn systems into a lever for finance, business performance, and scale.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day excellence of NI’s core business systems, with NetSuite and Salesforce at the center.
• Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert for both NetSuite and Salesforce, leading configuration, administration, enhancements, integrations, and continuous optimization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and C-level executives such as the CFO and COO to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions and measurable process improvements.
• Partner with Product teams on workflows, priorities, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives that require strong systems support.
• Lead and develop a team of MIS professionals while setting high standards for execution, ownership, and service.
• Own cross-system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, governance, auditability, and change control.
• Drive release management, user adoption, documentation, training, and ongoing support for key business systems.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners where needed, while maintaining strong in-house ownership.
• Build and execute a multi-year business systems roadmap aligned with company growth, operational needs, and business priorities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in MIS, Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with both NetSuite and Salesforce — this is a must.
• Proven experience leading teams responsible for Salesforce and NetSuite environments.
• Strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise automations and system integrations (e.g., Make) across multiple business functions.
• Significant experience working closely with Finance leadership and CFOs on finance-related systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of how systems support core finance operations, controls, reporting, and operational scalability.
• Experience partnering closely with business teams and Product teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in organizations with several hundred employees or more
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jira, HiBob, or similar project management/HRIS platforms.
• Experience with iPaaS and automation tools such as Make, Workato, Boomi, or similar platforms.
• NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech, internet, SaaS, or performance-driven environment.
