About the Role
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Senior Media Buyer / Head of Growth to build and own SeatPick’s paid acquisition infrastructure from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role where you will architect, implement, and scale a modern, AI-driven paid media engine that directly impacts company revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and Own SeatPick’s Paid Acquisition Engine
- Design and implement scalable account structures and growth frameworks from zero
- Build automation and AI-driven workflows for campaign creation and optimization
- Own Google Ads as the core acquisition channel (Search, Performance Max)
- Align channel strategy with real-time demand and marketplace dynamics
- Drive AI-First Performance Optimization
- Leverage automated bidding, predictive signals, and AI-based campaign types
- Use generative AI to accelerate ad copy, creative testing, and experimentation
- Continuously improve workflows using scripts and automation tools
- Own Budget, Forecasting, and Business Impact
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and scaling decisions across global markets
- Optimize toward POAS and CLV/CAC, not only short-term ROAS
- Translate performance trends into clear growth and investment recommendations
- Build Measurement and Tracking Infrastructure
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design advanced tracking solutions
- Implement server-side tracking, first-party data integrations, and signal optimization
- Analyze performance by event, geography, category, and margin
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing meaningful monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of multi-channel performance acquisition, including Google Ads Search, Microsoft Advertising and paid social
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools (Looker Studio or similar)
- Proven experience implementing tracking systems, data integrations, and performance measurement frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with automated bidding strategies and AI-driven campaign tools.
