IT Procurement Services – Data Centers

About the Role

NVIDIA is looking for an IT Procurement Services professional to support large‑scale Data Center programs in a global, high‑availability environment.

This role focuses on the execution and operational side of procurement — ensuring that Data Center infrastructure, hardware, and services are sourced, ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time, in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and suppliers worldwide.

This is not a general procurement role and not an IT engineering position.

It is a hands‑on procurement operations role with a strong Data Center infrastructure focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day procurement workflows for assigned Data Center programs
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Requests (PRs) using Coupa
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes, including bid analysis and contract follow‑ups
• Track shipments, delivery milestones, and fulfillment accuracy for Data Center hardware and services
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across procurement and financial systems
• Perform price variance analysis across infrastructure components and services
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to meet deployment timelines
• Audit procurement transactions to ensure SLA compliance
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in procurement operations
• Maintain strong vendor relationships in a mission‑critical operations environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of procurement experience
• At least 1+ year supporting Data Center procurement operations
• Hands‑on experience procuring Data Center infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, racks, cabling, colocation services)
• Strong experience with Coupa or a similar enterprise procurement platform
• Experience as a Buyer / Procurement Specialist / Procurement Operations professional
• Proven ability to perform price analysis and cost variance evaluation
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
• Excellent vendor management and coordination abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
