Development Team Lead
A government organization in Jerusalem is seeking a Development Team Lead to provide technological leadership and drive advanced development initiatives across complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development teams from a technological perspective
- Define and implement development methodologies
- Design and plan system architecture and advanced solutions
- Work with Angular, .NET Core, C#, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, and APIs in cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead end-to-end development processes
- Conduct code reviews and optimize performance
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to development teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development using Angular and .NET technologies
- Experience developing with C# and Python, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Microservices and distributed architectures, including APIs
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and with Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in technological leadership, writing architecture documents, and guiding teams
