Training & Implementation Specialist | Jerusalem
A government organization in Jerusalem is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to support users and lead training and onboarding processes for organizational systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one training to users on system and software operation
- Deliver training and implementation for new systems and refresher training for existing systems
- Support users in operating organizational hardware, basic software, and off-the-shelf products
- Provide application support and technological assistance both onsite and remotely
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in training and implementation – mandatory
- Experience in application support and providing technological service to users, both onsite and remotely
- Experience or knowledge in systems analysis – advantage
