Are you a native Hebrew speaker with a deep understanding of local food and solid English comprehension? Welo Data is seeking contributors for a global food delivery project.

In this freelance role, you will review restaurant menu items written in Hebrew and classify them using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English. Your cultural knowledge and linguistic skills will directly help enhance food category recognition across diverse global markets.

What You Will Do

• Read & Review: Analyze each menu item's name, category, and description written in Hebrew.
• Confirm Context: Check the item photo (if available) to visually verify the food type.
• Classify (Dish Label): Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown using keywords like "pasta" or "grilled chicken".
• Categorize (Course Label): Select the appropriate Course Label in English (e.g., Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, Beverage, Other).
• Add Contextual Notes: Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or unusual to ensure no data row is left blank.

• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to providing consistent, highly accurate, and quality work.
