In one sentenceAs a Talent Acquisition Partner at Amdocs, you will act as a strategic advisor to the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports Amdocs’ growth and transformation objectives.What will your job look like?Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding supportProactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, events)Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesDeliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the Amdocs employer brandUse data and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with local labor laws, diversity, equity inclusion standards, and internal hiring policiesCollaborate with global TA, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence on talent initiativesSupport employer branding, campus hiring, and diversity hiring programs as neededAll you need is...Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably from a global organization.Demonstrated experience in managing E2E recruitment processes for various corporate roles (Legal, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) within large and multifaceted organizations. Strong stakeholder management and consultative skillsstrong background in applying behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate skills and potentialHands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsFamiliarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practicesAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Why you will love this job:We are a company built on positive relationships and collaboration, and you will have the opportunity to build strong business relationships while acting as a specialist in Recruiting and being a Talent Advisor.
