About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data professional to join our Data team and lead the development, operation, and optimization of advanced data platforms.
This role involves working with large-scale data warehouses, complex data processing pipelines, and container-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure and data pipelines
- Work with large-scale data warehouses and optimize queries and performance
- Operate and develop data platforms based on Kubernetes (e.g., VMware Tanzu)
- Work with data warehouse systems such as Greenplum
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with development, analytics, and DevOps teams
Requirements:
- Active security clearance (Level 3 or higher)
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Data Warehouses
- Experience with Kubernetes or container-based platforms
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
Nice to Have:
- Experience with VMware Tanzu
- Experience with Greenplum Database
- Experience with Spark / Airflow / Kafka
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience with Data Lakes
- Experience working in air-gapped environments
