Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Modiin Israel, for a Director of Marketing and Sales.
We are seeking a senior hands-on commercial leader to own and drive Esh-Tech’s global sales and marketing efforts. This role combines strategic leadership with direct execution including personally leading key deals while building and scaling the company’s commercial function.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the company’s global sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
Hands-on Sales Leadership
• Personally lead the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive high-value, complex deals with government, defense, and international customers.
Market Expansion
• Identify, prioritize and penetrate new markets and customer segments, with a focus on international growth.
Marketing & Communications
• Lead marketing activities, including digital presence, content, PR and international trade shows.
Sales Operations
• Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Establish scalable sales processes and tools.
Customer & Partner Relations
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Qualifications
Required
• 8+ years in marketing and sales, with leadership roles in defense or aerospace.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and directly closing key deals.
• Deep understanding of government procurement and long defense-sector sales cycles.
• Proven international sales experience, including navigating export regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build or scale commercial functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
• B.Sc./B.A. in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Advantages

• Established network within global defense and HLS communities.
• MBA or other advanced degree — an advantage.
