Senior Leadership Role | Head of Experis Academy

We are looking for a senior leader to head Experis Academy as a business unit.

This role includes full responsibility for the Academy’s strategy, business performance, growth, training solutions, partnerships, and team leadership. It is a senior management position at the intersection of technology, training, talent, and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Experis Academy as a business unit, including strategy, execution, performance, and growth
• Leading multidisciplinary activity across technology training, operations, commercial engagement, and client delivery
• Developing and expanding training solutions based on market needs, client demand, and emerging technology trends
• Building partnerships with leading companies, enterprise clients, and technology organizations
• Managing, developing, and motivating diverse teams and senior stakeholders
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving continuous improvement across programs and delivery models

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience leading a business unit, division, academy, training operation, or complex business activity
• Strong understanding of the Israeli high-tech ecosystem and technology domains
• Business-oriented mindset, with experience in growth-driven or target-based environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong execution capabilities

Experience in technology education, talent development, outsourcing, consulting, or workforce solutions is an advantage
