QA Manager - Industrial and Aerospace sectors

Pronat is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA and QC activities for industrial and aerospace markets. The role includes managing the quality team, maintaining compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Lead audits and manage corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on risk management, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service.
• Ensure training and competency development of the quality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ quality management experience, preferably in a subcontractor environment. Strong ISO 9001 knowledge required; AS9100 experience highly desirable. Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience preferred. Aerospace experience, statistical tools, and Lean/Six Sigma certification are advantages.
