We’re looking for a hands-on data leader to own our BI/BA and data engineering stack end-to-end, while driving commercial insights across CRM, player acquisition, value, and risk. This role sits at the intersection of data infrastructure, analytics, and revenue optimization. You will lead the BA/BI team, build scalable data pipelines, and work closely with CRM, Product, Fraud, and Marketing teams to directly impact revenue, player experience, and risk.
Key Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure & Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (real-time + batch)
- Own the data stack (warehouse, ETL/ELT, event tracking, data quality)
- Ensure clean, reliable, and timely data across all core systems
- Drive migration/improvements (e.g., Snowflake, real-time streaming)
BI & Analytics Leadership
- Lead and scale the BI/BA team
- Own core business dashboards (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention, cohorts)
- Move from reporting to actionable insights
- Optimize current process using AI and Automation
Player Value & Monetization Analytics
- Build and own LTV models, churn and segmentation
- Analyze player behavior and monetization drivers
- Support CRM with bonus optimization and targeting
- Improve player acquisition measurement and attribution
- Improve conversion funnels
Fraud, Abuse & Risk Analytics
- Detect bonus abuse, betting patterns, and fraud
- Build detection models and rules
- Support automated risk decisioning
Experimentation & Attribution
- Own A/B testing and measurement
- Connect attribution with on-site behavior and revenue
- Build full-funnel visibility
AI & Modeling
- Apply ML/AI for LTV, churn, offer optimization, and risk
- Design and maintain feature pipelines using behavioral, transactional, and gameplay data
Requirements
- 5+ years in Data / BI / Data Engineering
- Gaming or high-volume B2C experience preferred
- Experience in both engineering and analytics
- Technical Skills
- Strong SQL
- Python
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- ETL/ELT and data modeling
- Real-time processing (advantage)
