THE ROLE

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Modiin, Israel.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex development programs. This role requires strong ownership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer engagement—ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Own end-to-end project management for complex multidisciplinary development programs — from planning through delivery.

•     Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.

•     Coordinate cross-functional teams: systems engineering, R&D, procurement, and production.

•     Serve as primary interface with customers and suppliers in Israel and abroad, including leading formal project reviews.

•     Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.

•      Drive execution and accountability across all functions involved in program delivery.

•      Lead formal program reviews and ongoing communication with stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

•      Track and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with forecasts and reporting to management.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

•     Academic degree in Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

•     Minimum 5 years of project management experience in defense, aerospace, or complex systems.

•     Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget in a multidisciplinary environment.

•     Strong command of project management methodologies.

•     High-level English proficiency — written and spoken (customer-facing role).

Advantages

•     PMP certification or equivalent.

•     Experience managing defense or government procurement programs (MoD / HLS customers).

•     Familiarity with systems engineering and formal technical reviews (PDR, CDR, etc.).

•     Experience with international customers or partners.

•     Background in hardware-intensive or electro-optical / precision systems programs.
