Finance Manager

Pruvo is looking for a Finance Manager

As Finance Manager for Pruvo, you will play a pivotal role in a scale-up subsidiary environment within a larger global group. You will serve as the primary finance interface between Pruvo operations and Web Travel Group Finance, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic insight.

This hybrid role uniquely combines accounting operations, global financial services (AR/AP governance), and financial planning and analysis responsibilities. You will report to the Web Travel Group CFO for overseeing the financial performance of Pruvo, while serving as the Finance Business Partner to the Pruvo CEO and senior leadership team.

Your work will directly impact business decisions through financial modelling, performance analysis, and actionable insights. The technology environment includes Priority/SAP/D365 for financial systems, Power BI and Looker for analytics and dashboards, and advanced Excel for financial modelling and AI-driven data analysis.

Accounting Operations

Serve as the primary finance interface between Pruvo and Web Travel Group Finance, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Manage monthly financial close processes including trial balance preparation, profit and loss statements, and consolidation reporting

Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost attribution in compliance with IFRS 15 standards

Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across Web Travel Group entities

Handle foreign exchange treatment, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations

Coordinate audit activities, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements

Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and efficiency

Global Financial Services (AR/AP)

Own accounts receivable ledger integrity, ensuring invoice accuracy and completeness

Monitor AR aging reports, days sales outstanding (DSO), and overdue exposure metrics

Manage collection risks, customer disputes, and escalations in coordination with Group Credit Control teams

Assess and recommend bad debt provisions and write-off decisions

Own accounts payable ledger governance and control framework

Validate supplier invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorisation before posting

Monitor AP aging, days payable outstanding (DPO), and supplier payment terms

Maintain supplier master data integrity and implement fraud risk controls

Manage supplier dispute escalation and resolution processes

Provide external audit support for both receivables and payables audit procedures

Deliver monthly AR/AP performance reporting with aging analysis and cash flow impact insights

Serve as the primary AR/AP contact for Group Finance, Credit Risk teams, and external auditors

Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and rolling financial outlooks

Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts with scenario analysis and sensitivity testing

Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and performance commentary

Serve as Finance Business Partner to the Pruvo CEO and senior stakeholders across commercial, product, technology, and operations teams

Deliver financial insights, business case analysis, and decision support for strategic initiatives

Build financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel

Partner with the Accounting team during the month-end close to ensure data integrity and timely reporting

Govern development resource allocation and capitalisation in alignment with the Web Travel Group CapEx framework and accounting policies

Support business integration activities, scale-up initiatives, and operational efficiency projects

Execute ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic projects as business needs evolve

We are looking for an AI tools freak with the following capabilities:

• Chartered Accountant/ CPA/ ACCA or equivalent certification
• Finance experience spanning accounting operations, financial controls, and business analysis
• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and complex calculations
• Power BI and Looker experience for dashboards and data visualization
• AR/AP processes and aging analysis knowledge
• Financial controls and audit processes understanding
• Budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Management reporting and business insights delivery
• Business partnering with non-finance teams
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Proactive attitude and positive work ethic
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
• Adaptability to digital tools and automation
• Preferred: Subsidiary or scale-up environment within a larger corporate group
• Preferred: Big 4 audit firm background for exposure to financial controls, audit processes, and IFRS standards
