We are looking for a versatile System Engineer & Solutions Architect to join our core team.

This is a high impact role that combines deep technical leadership with hands-on execution.

You will be the technical responsible for the design and successful delivery of complex defense projects, from initial concept to final acceptance.

• System Leadership: Act as the lead System Engineer, architecting solutions and auditing engineering development methodologies to ensure excellence.
• Technical Execution: Initiate and spearhead complex engineering tasks through hands-on involvement or by providing expert professional guidelines.
• Customer Interface: Collaborate on defining engineering requirements and system interfaces; lead technical discussions with customers to tailor optimal solutions.
• Internal Solution Provider: Serve as the "go-to" technical authority for the R&D team, providing solutions to roadblocks and overseeing their implementation.
• Lifecycle Management: Define system requirements and testing protocols across the entire lifecycle—from SDR (System Design Review) to POD and ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure).
• Risk Management: Identify technical risks within projects and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Project Orchestration: Build and manage detailed work plans for the development team.
