A leading company is looking for a Site Manager for the overall management of a Data Center site, including responsibility for ongoing operations, teams, suppliers, and meeting availability and service targets.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of site operations and critical infrastructure systems
Responsibility for system availability and meeting SLA targets
Managing operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
End-to-end management of incidents and malfunctions
Working with customers, suppliers, and contractors
Leading maintenance processes, continuous improvement, and risk management
Managing the operational budget and cost control
Leading projects and changes within an active site
Requirements:
Experience in operations management / site management / critical infrastructure
Experience in managing teams with multiple interfaces
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Systemic thinking and ability to work in a complex environment
Experience working with customers and suppliers
Advantage: experience in Data Centers / electrical infrastructure, cooling, or critical systems
