About the Job

As a Team Lead you will manage and lead a development team working on complex software systems, technological research, and the implementation of innovative solutions across diverse environments. The role combines strong technical leadership with hands-on development, research capabilities, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional and managerial leadership of a development team (task planning, mentoring, code reviews, and continuous improvement).
• Hands-on development using Python and C#.
• Design and architecture of complex, multi-layered software systems.
• Development and work with cloud environments .
• Technological research, evaluation of new tools and approaches, and their integration into the team’s work.
• Working with research tools and networking technologies.
• Identifying, analyzing, and understanding logical and application-level vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration with additional engineering, research, and product stakeholders.
• Ownership of code quality, development standards, and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Python and C#.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and development processes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – advantage).
• Solid understanding of networking and protocols.
• Ability to identify and analyze logical and application vulnerabilities.

Advantages
