We’re hiring: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist
(Hebrew-speaking · Israeli market · Remote · Part-time)
We’re looking for someone who takes a thoughtful approach to LinkedIn outreach. This is not a volume-driven role — we’re focused on quality, relevance, and building meaningful conversations with the right people.
The role
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to B2B decision-makers in Israel in a structured and personalised way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Researching companies and individuals before outreach
- Writing personalised messages in Hebrew
- Testing and improving messaging based on results
- Tracking activity in CRM and maintaining clean data
- Contributing to improving the outreach process over time
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach
- Native or fluent Hebrew
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with a CRM system (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Clear and professional written communication
- A detail-oriented and structured way of working
Nice to have
- Experience with high-value B2B services ($10K+)
- Background in FinTech, crypto, investment, or technology
- Familiarity with the Israeli B2B market
What we offer
- $20/hour
- 15–20 hours per week
- Fully remote
- 1-month paid trial (weekly payments)
- Service agreement + NDA
- 7-day notice period

We do not use automation tools or mass outreach. All communication is done manually and with care.
