Role Overview:
Managing iTOPS operations, including Infrastructure, DevOps, and IT.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement technological systems and services in a multi-server environment
• Monitor performance and maintain servers, operating systems, and communication networks
• Work in an Agile environment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Lead operational improvements, incident monitoring, and resolution of complex issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance and optimize technological infrastructure
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing IT, DevOps, or infrastructure teams
• Strong knowledge of server management and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and implementing CI/CD solutions
• Basic networking knowledge – a significant advantage
• Familiarity with Node.js – an advantage
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading processes
