Software Engineering Manager

Join and lead a multidisciplinary team in a seasoned medical imaging company. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, people management, and full ownership of product delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of ~15 engineers (cloud, embedded, algorithms, DevOps, QA)
• Own end-to-end software lifecycle: architecture, development, CI/CD, delivery, and support
• Drive cloud architecture modernization and introduce new technologies
• Lead development of new products and evolution of existing systems
• Collaborate across R&D (hardware, system engineering, product, QA)
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in software development (full stack / embedded / systems)
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong experience in system architecture, AI based development and cloud technologies
• Background in multidisciplinary product environments
• Medical devices / regulated environment experience
