Spinomenal, a leading company in the gaming industry, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper (Level 3) to join our growing finance team and play a key role in the company’s financial operations.
About the position:
As a Bookkeeper in our company, you will take ownership of critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full accounting cycle, including recording, reconciling, and reporting.
- Processing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
- Reconciling banks, accounts payable/receivable and credit card balances.
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
- Collaborating with auditors and providing necessary documentation during audits.
- Performing other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
- 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in Tech or international companies.
- Bookkeeping Certificate - Type 3 (mandatory).
- Proven experience with Priority software (a must).
- experience with DOKKA software (advantage)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with tax compliance, including VAT, Nikuim, and Mikdamot (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (mainly written).
- Ability to work independently and handle complex financial tasks.
