Salesforce Implementer – Jerusalem

A government organization in Jerusalem is looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join its Information Systems team.

The role includes analyzing business requirements, implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions, and providing support and training to end users in a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience – advantage
• Experience with Salesforce modules (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud) – advantage
• Experience configuring: Profiles & Permissions, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards – advantage
• Experience with data loading tools (Data Loader / Data Import Wizard / Inspector) – advantage
• Experience in user support and training – advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team – advantage
• Service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills – advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems OR practical engineering diploma (minimum 300 study hours in Information Systems) – advantage
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator / App Builder / Service Cloud Consultant) – advantage
• Experience with development (Apex / Lightning Components / Visualforce) – advantage
• Experience with integration tools (API / ETL) – advantage
• Experience with form-building tools (OmniStudio / Titan) – advantage
• Experience working in Agile environments – advantage
