DevOps Engineer

The investing world is evolving quickly, and Blink is expanding our R&D team. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure powering our next-generation trading platform.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about cloud engineering, thrives in fast-moving environments, and loves solving complex infrastructure challenges that directly impact performance, reliability, and global scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build, optimize, and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable deployments
• Deploy, monitor, and operate applications in Kubernetes (GKE & Helm experience – advantage)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
• Manage cloud networking components including DNS, load balancers, CDN, and VPN configurations
• Ensure strong security practices across infrastructure (Wiz experience – advantage)
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver highly available and high-performance systems
• Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents in real time
• Apply cost-awareness and basic cloud economics considerations to infrastructure design

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer
• Expert-level proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) – must
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Proven expertise with Terraform and IaC principles
• Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, CDN, VPN, etc.)
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-scale production environments
• Independent, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Experience working with SQL environments
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of backend development experience
• Experience with Kafka or Redis
• Experience working as DevOps in startup environments
