The role

• Own GTM end to end: outbound, inbound, pipeline, close
• Run a modern AI sales stack
• Partner with founder on positioning, pricing, ICP
• Work directly with CTO on features that close deals
• Build the playbook, hire the team when revenue supports it

Who you are

• 5 to 10 years in B2B SaaS sales or GTM, infra or data space preferred
• Built outbound from $0 to $1-5M ARR at a startup
• Hands on with AI sales tools
• Warm and relationship driven, close through trust
• Mission driven, transparent on numbers, zero politics
