About the Company
Management of a quality team and responsibility for quality control, quality assurance, materials engineering and laboratory. Management and upgrading of the company's quality system.
About the Role
Responsibility for recruiting, absorbing and training employees in the quality system. Analysis of the costs of non-quality and leading proactive activity and implementing improvement processes to reduce them.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for leading and performing internal and external audits, supplier audits and managing corrective actions.
- Responsibility for conducting training and certification on quality issues for all production employees.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in managing quality assurance in a medium/large manufacturing company - mandatory.
Required Skills
- Experience in managing a team of employees - mandatory.
- Mastery of local and international quality standards - mandatory.
- Familiarity with the world of plastics, extrusion and injection molding - a very significant advantage.
- Certificate of certification in quality assurance, quality engineering - an advantage.
- Experience in leading operational excellence processes (Lean) - an advantage.
- High level of interpersonal communication and proven ability to work in a team and motivate employees and colleagues.
- Systemic vision, assertiveness, diligence, perseverance, loyalty and reliability.
- High level of Hebrew and English.
- Full control of Office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading operational excellence processes (Lean) - an advantage.
