Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CISO to lead and shape our organization’s cybersecurity vision and execution.

This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on professional who combines deep technological expertise with proven leadership capabilities. The CISO will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing a comprehensive, end-to-end information security strategy across modern cloud and hybrid environments, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic thinking and technical depth, with the ability to lead complex security initiatives, respond to evolving threats, and engage effectively with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security and Information Security
• 2–3+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead, CISO, or equivalent)
• Proven experience combining leadership with strong hands-on technical involvement

Technology & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with public and hybrid cloud environments (AWS & Azure)
• Deep understanding of:
• Network Security
• Application Security
• Identity & Access Management
• Proven experience in:
• Cloud Security
• API & Web Security
• DevSecOps and Secure SDLC

Technical Capabilities

• Designing, building, and implementing end-to-end security architectures
• Managing and responding to complex cyber incidents (Incident Response)
• Experience with security systems such as SIEM, EDR, and WAF
• Leading Vulnerability Management processes

Regulation & Compliance

• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001
• Familiarity with privacy protection regulations
• Experience working with auditors and regulatory bodies

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Ability to operate independently in a senior role with a small team
• Strong system-wide vision alongside deep technical understanding
• Experience presenting to senior management and board-level stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure and uncertainty
