Marketing Communications Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to own the execution of Axon Vision’s marketing activities and support the company’s sales efforts.

This role is focused on getting things done — building materials, managing digital presence, running events, and coordinating external vendors — while ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints.

The role offers strong growth potential into broader marketing ownership over time.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement (Core Priority)

• Create and maintain sales materials: presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, and demo assets

• Support ongoing deals with tailored content and materials

• Work closely with Sales to ensure they have the tools needed to succeed

Content & Digital Execution

• Manage and update the company website and LinkedIn presence

• Execute content initiatives such as posts, articles, and newsletters

• Ensure consistent and professional external communication

Vendor & Project Management

• Manage external vendors such as PR agencies, designers, and content creators

• Coordinate projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Events & Exhibitions

• Plan and execute participation in conferences and defense exhibitions in Israel and abroad

• Handle logistics, materials, and coordination end-to-end

Brand Consistency

• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, alongside proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, communications, or content roles

• Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

• High level of ownership and ability to work independently

• Excellent English, written and spoken

• Experience creating presentations and marketing materials

• Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, LinkedIn, Canva, or similar, including supporting AI-based tools

• Experience working with external vendors — advantage

• Background in defense or deep-tech — advantage
