Legal Counsel for a global commercial company- 3804

A leading global consumer goods company is looking for a legal Counsel

to join the legal team!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the

different departments, involving global jurisdictions

 Review and draft a wide range of cross-border agreements with global

counterparties (distribution, vendor, retail, manufacturing, marketing, DPAs, NDAs

etc., and related s)

 Own and maintain the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including negotiating key business terms

 Work closely with senior stakeholders of the company in Israel and its subsidiaries globally

Education/Experience:

 LL.B. or equivalent law degree

 Certified Lawyer with an active Israeli bar membership

 4+ years of experience post internship, practicing commercial and transactional law

as in-house counsel at a global company or at a leading law firm

 Solid understanding of Privacy, Intellectual Property, Data Protection regulations

(including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks), Global Competition laws,

Consumer’s Protection laws - Advantage

 Native/Excellent spoken and written English – MUST
