We are looking for an experienced M&A Lawyer to join the legal team of a leading financial investment group, involved in major transactions across the Israeli market.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with business and investment teams on high-value M&A and financing deals, in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience as a lawyer
- Background in Corporate / Capital Markets / M&A from a top-tier law firm
- Hands-on experience with complex commercial transactions
- Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or institutional investors – significant advantage
- Experience with debt transactions – advantage
- Fluent English – must
- Strong business orientation and ability to operate in a deal-driven environment
