Payroll Accountant for a Leading Financial Services Company

A leading company providing financial services to high-tech and international clients is seeking a Payroll Accountant.

Role Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for payroll preparation for approximately 300 employees – from onboarding to termination.
• Performing controls, reviewing payslips, and providing professional support to the company’s clients.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a payroll accountant – mandatory.
• Managerial experience and experience in reviewing payslips – mandatory.
• Proven experience handling payroll for 200–400 employees.
• Full proficiency in Hilan – mandatory.
• Experience with Michpal and Shiklulit – a strong advantage.
• Very good English and excellent Excel skills- mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure, high accuracy, flexible thinking, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and a multi-tasking environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability for systems and applications.
• Knowledge of SHAAM and National Insurance Representation System – an advantage.
