Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing monitoring and control of the fund’s real estate transactions and investments
• Analyze investment performance and track returns and risk exposure
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and investment committee guidelines
• Produce management reports and perform financial data analysis
• Support the preparation of materials for investment committee meetings
• Develop and improve internal control processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – mandatory
• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role – mandatory
• Strong interest/affinity for Real Estate- mandatory
• High-level English (reading and writing)- mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
