Senior AI-First Backend & Data Engineer
The Opportunity: We are building the next generation of GTM Predictive Analytics, and we’re doing it under the radar. This isn’t just another backend role; we are evolving toward AI-native engineering, where AI components are first-class runtime dependencies. You’ll be joining a high-impact team backed by world-class investors (Salesforce Ventures, Battery Ventures) to shape an AI path that influences architecture and business outcomes for millions of users.
What you’ll do:
- Design and own scalable, distributed data pipelines and AI-driven backend systems.
- Integrate LLM and agentic AI capabilities directly into production workflows.
- Define the standards for AI-augmented development – making AI an integral part of the SDLC.
- Take full end-to-end ownership, from architectural design to production at scale.
