Senior Director of Product Management

We are a global, publicly-traded powerhouse that’s still operating with the hunger and agility of a high-growth scale-up, and we are looking for a strategic Senior Director of Product Management to lead the core engine of our company.

You will own the Infrastructure, the high-scale, mission-critical backend that orchestrates how money flows, where it goes, and how it’s managed across the entire customer lifecycle.

This is a leadership-heavy role, managing a group of Product Managers.

You aren't just overseeing execution; you are the strategic architect of our infrastructure product, working directly with our VP Product (US-based) and cross-functional peers to define what "excellence" looks like for our core platform.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Ownership: You will be the "on-the-ground" owner of the product strategy in Israel. You’ll translate vision into a multi-quarter roadmap that balances scale, reliability, and innovation.
• Lead through Leaders: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing group of PMs, ensuring they are empowered to lead their domains while maintaining a unified product direction.
• Drive Product Excellence: Elevate the "Product Sense" of the entire organization. You’ll ensure we aren't just building features, but solving deep architectural and business problems with a focus on KPIs and long-term impact.
• Infrastructure as a Product: Own the backend orchestration and the infrastructure as a premium product experience for our internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative Execution: Work horizontally across the organization with peers in Business, Engineering, and other Product groups.

• A Leader of Leaders: You have a proven track record of managing other managers. You know how to develop talent, set clear expectations, and drive accountability across a large team.
• The "Strategic Executor": You are a builder who can zoom out to see the 30,000-foot strategy and zoom in to ensure the execution is flawless.
• Deep Product Sense: You don't just "manage" a backlog. You ask the "why" behind every flow. You understand how infrastructure decisions impact the end-user experience and the company’s bottom line.
• Comfortable in Complexity: You thrive in the "plumbing." You find beauty in complex backend systems, data orchestration, and high-stakes infrastructure where there is zero room for error.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 10+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in a Senior Director (or equivalent) role managing large teams.
• Management: Proven experience managing other PM managers is a strict requirement.
• The "Technical Plus": You don't need to be a developer, but you must be able to go toe-to-toe with elite engineers. Experience with Infrastructure, API-based products, or high-scale backend systems is essential.
• Domain Agnostic, Product Specific: We care more about your Product Excellence, your ability to lead complex, backend-heavy, or data-driven products at scale.
• Mindset: Open to AI/ML integration (as a tool for innovation) and a relentless drive to simplify the complex.
