The Role: We are looking for a talented Test Engineer to manage our testing operations from end-to-end. This is not a standard QA role; it is an operational leadership position that combines technical expertise, team guidance, and project management for global companies in a fast-paced environment.

As a Test Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our strategic clients and our operational field. You will lead and mentor our TTLs (Testing Team Leads), the dedicated teams who maintain direct contact with the uTest community, providing them with professional support and guidance throughout the test cycles. Your mission is to ensure every delivery meets the highest industry standards.

Key Details & Availability

• Status: Freelancer (Fully Remote / Work from Home).
• Compensation: Hourly-based salary.
• Availability: At least 5 working hours daily (during standard business hours).
• Weekends: Availability to work on weekends as needed based on project demands.

What We Are Looking For

• We need natural leaders with a proven background in QA and an operational mindset. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Languages: Native Hebrew and high-level English (written and verbal).
• Leadership: Proven experience in professional guidance or team leadership.
• The "uTest" Advantage: Previous experience with the uTest platform is a significant advantage!
