We are looking for an Operations Manager & ERP Specialist who lives and breathes data, masters complex systems, and is ready to build a department from the ground up.

If you are the person people turn to when an Excel formula gets "too complex" or when an ERP system needs a complete overhaul—we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Master our ERP (Comax): Take full professional ownership—from complex catalog maintenance and item creation to inventory control.

• Strategic Logistics: Manage supply chain data, freight tenders, and international supplier interfaces with surgical precision.

• Build Methodologies: Implement workflows in Monday.com and create control mechanisms (OC audits, invoice verification) that ensure high-level accuracy and data integrity.

• Analyze & Optimize: Turn numbers into insights - Currency analysis (EUR/ILS), performance reports, and technical accounting.

Who you are:

• An ERP Expert: Deep experience in inventory management and system setup (Significant advantage for Comax users).

• An Excel Wizard: Absolute mastery of Excel (complex formulas, Pivot tables, data modeling).

• Operations Veteran: Significant background in Operations and Technical Back-Office from a large importing company (Fashion background? Even better).

• Fluent in English: High-level writing, reading, and speaking for daily international communication.

• A Natural Leader: You don’t just manage tasks; you build, optimize, and lead processes.
