Job Description: Field Agent for Client Recruitment, Training, and Contract Signing (Russian / Chinese Speaker)

Location: Nationwide (Israel)

About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, service-oriented, and highly motivated field agent to join our team in the financial services sector. As part of the role, you will be responsible for supporting clients after the sales stage, including visiting clients at their homes or meeting them in person, completing the contract-signing process, and providing training on the company’s products. The position combines independent fieldwork with ongoing collaboration with sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Visiting clients to complete the onboarding process, sign documents, and provide training on the company’s products
Delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service throughout the onboarding and training process
Presenting and explaining financial solutions, answering questions, and handling objections
Identifying opportunities to expand client activity and passing leads to the sales team
Working collaboratively with sales, service, and operations teams to improve customer experience and processes

Requirements:

Proficiency in Hebrew or English – mandatory
Full proficiency in Russian or Chinese – mandatory (additional languages are an advantage)
Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or a field role – a significant advantage
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
Strong ability to handle objections and lead client-facing processes
Ability to work independently and manage oneself in the field
High-level organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to work dynamically outside the office and in face-to-face meetings
Basic technological aptitude and the ability to quickly learn fintech products
