Studio Manager

Wanted: Art Director & Studio Manager for a Marketing & Advertising company in the Central District. This is a full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will serve as the creative backbone of the agency, balancing high-level conceptual vision with meticulous operational leadership. Job Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end creative process, from cracking design briefs and conceptualizing 360° campaigns to overseeing execution across social, digital, print, and large-scale productions.

● Manage the daily studio traffic and workflow, prioritizing complex projects and allocating resources effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.

● Act as the ultimate "Quality Assurance" gatekeeper, meticulously reviewing every design deliverable to ensure flawless execution and a premium finish before client delivery.

● Mentor and inspire the design staff through constructive feedback and professional guidance, fostering a high-performance culture of continuous creative growth.

Job Requirements:

● At least 3 years of proven experience as an Art Director within a fast-paced advertising agency.

●Demonstrated leadership experience, specifically in managing a design team or overseeing studio traffic and operations.

● Absolute technical mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with hands-on experience integrating AI visual tools into the creative workflow.

● Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and provide assertive, constructive direction under pressure.

● A stellar portfolio showcasing a high level of "craft," strategic thinking, and a diverse range of visual styles across multiple platforms.
