No login required for buyers.

We're on a mission to lead the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement, because sellers can't sell if buyers can't buy.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end, from discovery and research through spec, design, dev, launch, and iteration. You carry it.
• Run multiple workstreams in parallel while staying pragmatic about what actually moves the needle — if something isn't serving the goal, you let it go.
• Dig deep into user problems before jumping to solutions — talk to users, study competitors, analyze data, and bring insights to the table. Data-driven decisions are your default.
• Write clear PRDs that engineering and design can run with.
• Partner closely with design on UX quality (our moat) and with engineering on feasibility and scope.
• Align product decisions with company goals and GTM strategy, you understand that Aligned is a sales tool and you care about how customers buy.
• Maintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline — we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate your research, analysis, and prototyping. You don't just manage AI features, you build with AI.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. Startup experience is a must.
• Sharp and fast, you pick things up quickly, connect dots, and don't need things explained twice.
• UX-aware with a designer's eye - you feel product quality and treat interaction design as a strategic advantage.
• GTM-connected - you genuinely relate to the world of sales, understand how customers buy, and appreciate the problem we're solving.
• A researcher at heart - you dig into problems, bring insights, and make decisions grounded in data and user research. You're data-oriented above all.
• A pragmatic prioritizer - you know how to distinguish what matters from what doesn't, and you let go of activities that don't serve the goal.
• A team-first process thinker - you appreciate shared processes as the common language of a remote team, and you contribute to making them better.
• Self-driven and resilient - you're intrinsically motivated, take criticism without taking it personally, and have the self-confidence to keep moving forward.
• On an upward trajectory - you've shown clear career progression and you're hungry to grow. We see this role as a stepping stone to leading a PM team within 3–5 years.
• Proven business-analytics proficiency. Comfortable with data, dashboards, and metrics-driven decisions.
• Affection for design and working knowledge of Figma.
• Fluent English. Hebrew preferred.
