We are looking for a Help Desk to join a large and stable organization in the Shfela/Center district.
This role is part of an internal IT support team, providing technical assistance to company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based technical support to internal users
- Perform remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Handle hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, and scanners
- Support users with Windows OS and Office 365 applications
- Maintain high service standards and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in internal IT support / Help Desk – mandatory
- Experience working with Active Directory – mandatory
- Experience with remote support tools
- Hands-on experience with printers and scanners
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
