About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Director of Finance to join our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a hands-on, dual-focus role designed for a finance leader who can seamlessly transition between rigorous controllership and strategic business partnership. You will work closely with the CEO and senior management to build and operate the company’s financial infrastructure, while supporting key strategic decisions, including active involvement in our fundraising processes.

This role requires both strategic thinking and direct execution, including financial modeling, reporting, and process building.

What You Will Own

Global Controllership & Compliance

· Consolidated Reporting: Direct all accounting activities across global entities (with our accounting firm), ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, European law, and applicable statutory requirements

· Audit & External Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and global bookkeeping providers

· Taxation: Manage with our accounting firm the global tax and compliance matters, including Israeli, EU and U.S. tax reporting, transfer pricing, and statutory filings

· Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial processes and internal controls across all global entities

· Revenue Recognition: Oversee revenue recognition policies in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Strategic FP&A & Leadership

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting

· Cash Flow & Runway: Own cash flow management and runway visibility, providing clear insights to support strategic decision-making

· Business Analysis: Provide financial planning, analysis, and executive-level presentations to support critical business decisions

· Fundraising Support: Play an active role in investor relations, due diligence processes, and capital raise preparations

· Banking & Treasury: Manage relationships with banking partners and oversee treasury operations

Global Finance Infrastructure

· Build and manage scalable financial processes across multiple entities (US, Israel, EU)

· Work closely with legal and compliance functions on financial and structural matters

What We're Looking For

· Education: CPA license required

· Experience: 6–10 years of total experience, including at least 2–4 years in a Controller or Finance Manager role in a global startup or high-growth environment, or equivalent experience in a leading international CPA firm

· Leadership: Proven experience building and managing financial processes in a global environment

· Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial processes; experience with SaaS or software business models (including recurring and project-based revenue), experience in defence, an advantage.

· Working Style: Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

· Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken);
