We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to join our digital team and take ownership of our web platforms across key business domains.
What you’ll do:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers
• Own planning, delivery, and execution of web-based projects
• Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions
• Manage releases, deployments, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/web development
• At least a year of leadership experience (Team Lead / Tech Lead)
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and architectures
• Experience with advanced development tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with AWS architecture – a strong advantage
