The Opportunity

Join a small, professional finance team where you’ll get to see and experience how a VC fund actually works. You will work alongside our team and the CFO on the day-to-day, from fund reporting and portfolio monitoring to managing fund operations. It’s a hands-on role in a collaborative environment, perfect for someone looking to learn the business and build a solid foundation in the VC industry. We're also actively embedding AI into how we work, and we're looking for someone who is already curious about these tools — not waiting to be told to use them.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with the team to handle bank reconciliations and track cash movements and manage operational expenses, leveraging AI tools to flag anomalies and speed up reconciliation.
• Support the full capital call and distribution process from calculations to execution and help prepare investor reports.
• Assist in collecting financial data from portfolio companies and contribute to the quarterly valuation process, including exploring AI-assisted data gathering and analysis.
• Support the team during quarterly reviews and annual audits while assisting with regulatory and tax filings like FATCA or CRS and K-1 schedules.
• Help maintain and update our investment data and investor portal using Dynamo, Monday, and Excel alongside emerging AI tools.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to automate routine tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance financial data analysis.
• Provide ongoing support to the team with various management reports and special projects as they come up.

Who You Are

We are looking for a hardworking team player with high attention to details and a strong work ethic and a curiosity about how technology is changing the way finance teams operate. You will be expected to take full ownership of your work, operate independently when needed, and collaborate openly as part of a supportive, ego-free team, while learning quickly and staying organized in a fast-moving environment and are already finding practical ways to use AI tools to work smarter in their day2day- not because they were told to, but because it comes naturally to them.

• CPA license or post-internship from a Big 4 firm.
• High-level professional English and Hebrew.
• Direct experience in a VC/PE fund or Hi-Tech audit department – Strong Advantage.
• Experience with Priority, Dynamo, or Monday.com.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a work or academic setting — Strong Advantage.
