As part of the global CEMEX Group, the company  has a network of over 70 readymix concrete plants, aggregates quarries and other operations.

Readymix is looking for outstanding people with a solid mathematical and economics orientation, a quick grasp, and excellent interpersonal skills. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented team player to join our organization as a Financial Analyst (FP&A).

This role is highly analytical and hands-on, with a strong focus on working with data, financial models, and detailed analysis.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the company. This includes building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial data, and preparing insightful financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

·        Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models (Budget, Forecasts, and Long-Term Planning)

·        Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities

·        Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports and presentations for management

·        Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data consolidation and validation

·        Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, with a strong focus on performance and profitability

·        Take an active role in working capital analysis and cash flow tracking

·        Manage ongoing financial processes and data flows across systems, ensuring high data accuracy

·        Work closely with business units to collect data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making

·        Support financial processes with banking institutions, including monitoring credit facilities, guarantees, and financing terms

·        Collaborate with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and corporate teams, as needed

·        Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency in financial workflows

·        Stay up-to-date with financial trends, tools, and best practices

·        CPA with Big 4 experience

·        Strong analytical and accounting skills

·        High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask

·        Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

·        Capable of managing fast-paced projects with shifting priorities, demonstrating flexibility and ownership

·        Excellent English – fluent written and spoken

·        Strong Excel and financial modeling skills – must

·        Experience working with large datasets and complex models – advantage

·        High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to work independently in a hands-on, detail-oriented role

·        Background in FP&A / consulting preferred
