Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to support cybersecurity activities with strategic clients.

The role focuses on translating client needs into projects across domains such as Cloud Security, Threat Detection & Response, and DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and align them with relevant solutions
• Work with internal teams to address technical and business requirements
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements
• Conduct periodic business reviews (e.g., QBRs)

Project Coordination

• Work with delivery teams to support project execution
• Monitor progress, timelines, and quality
• Provide updates to stakeholders as needed
• Support resolution of technical issues and escalations
• Stay informed on relevant cybersecurity practices and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles
• Experience working with clients in technology or cybersecurity environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., Cloud, Threat Detection, DevSecOps)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
