Director of Marketing for International Programs

About the Role

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is looking for a Director of Marketing for International Programs to help share our story with the world.

This role is all about building global awareness, driving student recruitment, and shaping how BGU connects with international audiences — from prospective students and academic partners to global communities.

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of international marketing initiatives
• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, events)
• Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to optimize results
• Manage the international marketing budget in collaboration with leadership
• Grow and maintain CRM databases of prospects, applicants, and students
• Analyze data and generate insights to improve recruitment and engagement
• Represent BGU at international recruitment fairs and global events
• Build relationships with global partners (agents, schools, consultants, alumni, academic units)
• Serve as a key point of contact for prospective international students and institutions
  

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, international programs, or related fields
• Strong experience working with CRM systems and data-driven marketing
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Advantage: Experience in higher education or international academic environments
