Cyber Content Developer

We are looking for a motivated Cyber Content Developer to join our content development team, working on Cympire — our AI-powered, cloud-native cyber range and simulation platform used by organizations such as the IDF, Rafael, KPMG, and the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center.

In this role, you will design and build hands-on cyber scenarios that simulate real-world attacks and defensive responses. You will develop content that trains security professionals across both sides of the fence — learning how adversaries operate and how defenders detect, respond, and contain.

This is an entry-level position built for growth. You will not be expected to arrive as a seasoned expert — you will be expected to arrive curious, persistent, and ready to learn from a team that works with some of the most demanding cyber customers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development (Primary Focus)

• Design and develop cyber training scenarios on the Cympire platform, covering both offensive techniques (attacks) and defensive playbooks (detection, response, containment).
• Build hands-on labs, capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges, and full attack simulations aligned with real-world threat scenarios and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques, and translate them into practical, educational content.
• Configure simulated environments: networks, endpoints, servers, vulnerabilities, and attacker/defender tooling.
• Test, validate, and iterate on scenarios to ensure technical accuracy, stability, and educational value.
• Collaborate with senior content developers, instructors, and cyber operations engineers to maintain high-quality, up-to-date content.

Pre-Sales & Demo Support

• Support pre-sales activities by delivering live platform demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Prepare and run tailored demo scenarios that showcase the platform's capabilities for specific customer use cases.
• Work alongside Project Managers and Solution Architects in customer-facing sessions, POCs, and industry events.
• Gather feedback from demos and customer engagements to improve both content and the demo experience.

Required Qualifications

• Program: Graduate of the Veterans to Hi-Tech program, an equivalent cyber retraining bootcamp, or a recognized cyber security certification track.
• Technical foundation: Foundational understanding of cyber security concepts — networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), operating systems (Linux and Windows), basic attack vectors, and core defensive concepts.
• Scripting: Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and comfort with the command line.
• Learning mindset: Strong appetite for self-learning, research, and hands-on experimentation with new tools and techniques.
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in writing and verbally, in both Hebrew and English.
• Customer-facing aptitude: Comfortable presenting to customers and audiences — confident, clear, and composed under questioning.
• Work ethic: Structured, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on multi-step technical tasks.
