We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join a large, leading organization and take a key role in developing and implementing advanced AI solutions at an enterprise scale.

This role combines strategic system-level thinking with hands-on execution, offering a real opportunity to shape how organizations integrate and leverage AI in their day-to-day operations.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end AI solutions — from ideation to production
• Working with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI Agents
• Designing architecture and building advanced AI infrastructures
• Integrating AI into enterprise systems and business processes
• Driving innovation and implementing best practices across teams

🔧 What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Python development
• Proven hands-on experience with RAG systems and LLMs in production — חובה
• Demonstrated ability to design and lead complex systems — חובה
• Experience in developing APIs

The position is based in Haifa, with one day of hybrid (work-from-home) flexibility.
