We are looking for
An Inertial Navigation Team Leader for the Algorithms group at our Aerospace division site in Haifa
You will lead the development of cutting-edge capabilities, with a direct impact on some of the most advanced airborne systems in the world. Join a team of top-tier researchers and engineers in an environment that combines advanced research with a meaningful contribution to national security
In this role you will
Initiate and develop end-to-end advanced algorithms for inertial navigation systems, with an emphasis on UAVs
Lead the algorithms team both technically and managerially
Define research and development directions in the navigation domain
Collaborate with system, software, and testing teams
Requirements
M.Sc. in Physics, Aeronautics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in navigation algorithm development
Proficiency in C++, Matlab, Python
Experience in leading an algorithms team - an advantage
System-level perspective, leadership, and initiative skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
